“Good breakfast, nice room. My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning. There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway. Gym ok You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before. I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”

Overall room was very clean, comfortable and great air conditioning. Location is also in a great area located near stores, movies, freeway making it convenient when traveling or staying near Fremont area. Will definitely be returning! ”

“I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all”

“I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn Oakland Downtown-City Center. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room had everything I was looking for in a hotel room - comfortable bed, nice layout, good bathroom with lots of space and a good shower. The location was great - I loved being able to hop on the BART to head into SF or down to Hayward or east to Walnut Creek and it wasn't far from the charming Piedmont area either. I will be staying here again next time I am in town.”
